Ben Lloyd is an experienced dry stone waller with over 20 years in the trade, specialising in traditional countryside field boundaries, heritage and conservation work, and high-quality ornamental garden features. He works across Northumberland, Cumbria and North East Region. His work is firmly rooted in time-honoured methods, with a strong respect for historic craftsmanship and the landscapes in which it sits.

Ben has worked extensively throughout the Hadrian’s Wall area, including projects for Northumberland National Park and the National Trust, undertaking both new builds and sensitive repairs to existing walls. While dry stone walling is his primary focus, he also carries out lime and mortar work where appropriate for conservation and restoration projects.

A Dry Stone Walling Association (DSWA) Registered Contractor holding a Level 2 Certificate, Ben is known for his attention to detail, reliability, and high standards of workmanship. Every wall is built to sit naturally within its surroundings and to endure for generations.
